The event offered PRBB residents the opportunity to engage directly with companies, learn about their work, and explore the scientific profiles and skills currently in demand across the health innovation sector
Presenting BREATH’s Vision for a Health Innovation Talent Ecosystem
During the event, Cristina presented the BREATH EU Project and its mission to build a dynamic and sustainable Talent Ecosystem in Health Innovation.
BREATH aims to connect academia, industry, regional clusters, and policymakers, while empowering Early-Career Researchers (ECRs) through personalised career pathways, tailored training, and individualised guidance. By aligning researcher skills with evolving labour market needs, the project supports smoother transitions across sectors and more resilient research careers.
Meaningful Exchanges with Researchers and Companies
The event sparked inspiring conversations with predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers, as well as representatives from diverse companies, reinforcing the importance of dialogue between talent and employers.
We warmly thank PRBB for creating this valuable space for exchange and collaboration. Events like these play a key role in bridging the gap between research and industry — a core objective of the BREATH EU Project.
